Question 2: According to the sources and the film, how did individuals, groups of people and the world community fail the people of Rwanda?

Individuals, groups and the world comunity as a whole failed rwanda because most people did nothing to help, the forigners all left Rwanda and fled for their own lifes, but what about the people of Rwanda? Nobody cared, the only people that helped were the UN, because it was their jobs. The Camera man in the movie said "Most people will see my news footage, just before they eat their dinners, say "Oh thats terrible" and carry on with their lifes. Why would they do anything other than that, I mean not like anything in that country matters to them, its just a tiny country in Africa, the people in Rwanda, were people, they deserved help, they needed help, but everyone of the people that could help, left. There was little or no help given to the people that needed it most, the Rwandans. In the movie there is a forign lady that you see taken her dog home on the plane with her, and although I belive in animal rights, what about the people in Rwanda? the dog isn't as important as all the people that lost their lives.

I belive that the world as a whole failed rwanda, because when the people of rwanda neede help, their was no one to give it to them.
